Getting Overcast listening statistics into a usable form

Screenshot list view a page at a time to clipboard.
⌘-N to create new document in Preview.app, which uses the image on the clipboard.
Use text selection to do the OCR.
Paste into text editor and massage into CSV.
Repeat until complete list copied.

Yeah, one could try to hunt down the SQLite database and reverse engineer the schema, but it isn’t worth it for a once-per-year thing.
